COCHIN - MOSCOW

Assemble at Cochin International Airport and meet our Tour Manager. After completing check-in, emigration, and customs procedures, board the flight to Moscow. Arrival at Moscow International Airport. “Welcome to Russia”. Russia, the world's largest country, spans two continents and is a land of diverse landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture. KREMLIN - RED SQUARE - ST BASIL’S CATHEDRAL LENIN - MAUSOLEUM

After the buffet breakfast, proceed for the Moscow city tour. Moscow, the capital of Russia, is a city that seamlessly blends a rich historical legacy with the dynamism of modern life. MOSCOW TO ST PETERSBURG TANK RIDE TOUR

Sapsan - High-speed train

After the breakfast, checkout from the Moscow hotel and transfer to St. Petersburg by “Sapsan highspeed train. The Sapsan train primarily connects Moscow and St. Petersburg Upon arrival at St. Petersburg, which is known for its high-speed capabilities, reaching speeds of up to 250km/h (155 mph), designed to provide a comfortable and modern travel experience. Upon arrival at St. Petersburg, we proceed for Tank ride tour.

Military Tank Ride Tour

Military tour is an experience where we have the chance to ride in an actual military tank such as T-34, T-90 or other Soviet / Russian armoured vehicles, over rough terrain or through special tracks and in addition to tank rides we will get a chance for shooting with real fire arms. OT.PETERSBURG CITY TOUR PETER AND PAUL FORTRESS PETERHOF PALACE PARK VODKA MUSEUM

After the buffet breakfast proceed for the St. Petersburg city tour. St. Petersburg is a cultural hub, home to world-class museums, theatres, and galleries. The city tour includes a visit to Palace Square, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Split of Vasilievsky island statue of Peter the Great, Church on the spilled blood, and Nevsky Prospekt (All are photo stops and outside view). Then visit Peter and Paul fortress. After lunch proceed to Peterhof by Hydrofoil (One way). Upon arrival, we will visit Peterhof Park.

  • Travel insurance for foreign national passport holders and passengers above age 70.
  • Food and drink other than those not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Cost of Airport transfers of the guests and additional airport transfers if any
  • Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen
  • circumstances, forced majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, flight delays, strikes, etc.
  • Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.
  • Any private transfers taken to move from one place to another instead of coach.
  • Any add-on sightseeing/ sightseeing done twice /activities along with transfers other than mentioned in the tour program and anything not specifically mentioned in the Tour Cost inclusions.
  • Cost of RT-PCR test if required
  • Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for Outbound/International Tour Packages to paid additional over and above the mentioned tour cost. Calculation will be as below:
    Tax Collection at Source (TCS) at the rate of 5% up to outbound tour of INR 10 lakh and 20% beyond INR 10 lakhs per individual payer per annum will be levied under section 206C(1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act on outbound tour services. The TCS collected will be reflected in the 26AS of the passenger in whose name receipt is raised (Payer/s for the package) for claiming Income Tax credit. Hence the name of the payer & the associated PAN Number on the receipt should be reconfirmed at the time of making the payment for the holiday package booking.

Non-refund of TCS:
In the event of cancellation of services and refund of amount, Tax collected at source under section 206C(1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 shall not be refunded (TCS applied on the cancellation amount). The non-refunded TCS will be reflected in the 26AS of the passenger in whose name the receipt is raised for claiming Income Tax credit.

In case of no Income Tax Payable against your PAN, you can claim the refund of the TCS amount at the time of filing your IT return

Terms and Contions

  • Aperson up to 11 years is considered a child and 11 years and above as an adult, Check-intime in hotels are 1500 hours and check-out is 1100 hours.
  • Visa fee and flight ticket (onward & return) will be non -non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Once an airline ticket is issued, penalty charges will be applicable for date changes or any amendments.
  • There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such a situation the tour manager and the driver will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments/attractions as possible.
  • No refund can be entertained for any expenses incurred by the passengers due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellation, delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, visa rejection and visa delay, etc.
  • Passengers missing flights to note that the entire ticket gets No Show and new return ticket needs to be bought by the passengers themselves.
  • The Cancellation Charge is applicable in case of any passenger with a granted visa, denying to travel or cancelling his/her own tour on account of visa rejection caused to their copassenger or travel companion since the granting of a visa is the sole discretion of the concerned Consulate.
  • The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised without assigning any reason.
  • Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change/modify /vary and alter the tour itinerary, if it becomes necessary. In such changes, compensations or claims for a refund by the passengers will not be entertained by the company for limitation and also for the non-availability of certain services with entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, etc. even
    though included in the tour itinerary.
  • For Single Passenger traveling without family have to share a room either on a twin or triple sharing basis (Roll away bed) depending on the booking. If we do not have another single passenger to share the room, a Single Supplement with additional cost is applicable.
  • All hotels’ rooms booked for group are standard category. Getting a double room or twin room is subject to availability of the same during check in.
  • On days when you are taking internal flights, there is a possibility that we might provide a packed meal or meal from the airport in case the flight timing does not suit the meal time.
  • The tariff of the tour quoted is calculated as per the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it. The Company reserves the right to change the tariff in the event of modification/alteration/change/variation in the said rates before the date of departure.
  • Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin unless specifically mentioned. Tourists boarding flights at places other than Cochin have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear and pay any other additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay, etc. on that account.
  •  Tour cost is based on a minimum of 30 passengers traveling together in the group. If there is a drastic fall in the number, then the offered tour cost, meal plan, vehicle, and other services may change accordingly and the difference amount has to be borne by the passenger.
  • The company takes care to select hotels and book the same on behalf of tourists at convenient locations subject to availability. In case of non-availability of rooms in the same hotel, the company has the right to split the accommodation in different hotels. Hotel accommodation is generally provided on a twin-sharing basis in standard rooms and the third bed is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin-bedded room. Air-conditioning, central heating, and other facilities are provided by the hotels depending upon various factors including weather / climatic conditions, local systems, tour type, etc.
  • As a Travel House / Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Coach Companies, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport, or any other facilities, provided by third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control over schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.
  • In the computerized reservation system of Airlines seats once reserved cannot be changed, and tour participants will have to travel by the same seat provided by Airline.
  • Pre-assignment of seats is generally not available for group bookings and is subject entirely to the airline’s discretion and system availability. Seats together on the flight cannot be guaranteed. Some airlines may charge a fee for seat selection; if applicable, guests must notify us in advance and pay the corresponding amount.
  • The guests are requested to collect Air tickets, Visas, and other travel documents from the respective offices of Fortune Destination Management, only after making the full payment, from where they have booked their tour. No tickets will be sent by courier.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. Fortune Destination Management
    India Pvt Ltd will not be held responsible for the same.
  • There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, flight delay or cancellation of flight, etc. not utilized on the tour.
  • The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. (Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers).
  • Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
  • Any tour package cancelled under a Force majeure situation i.e.; tour packages cancelled or unable to operate on account of reasons beyond our control (Eg: Pandemic situation), the amount received from the customers after deducting all expenses which are not recoverable in any manner will be kept in customer credit (Credit Shell) and provide the facility to utilize the same credit note value towards booking of future tour packages.
  • Original passport with 6-month validity beyond your actual return date & four blank pages in passport required, which may vary depending on the consulate requirements.
  • Visa granting is at the sole discretion of the concerned Embassy or Consulate. Visa fees and other expenses like an advance for hotel booking and ticket charges are not refundable if the visa is rejected or delayed. In case the candidates are called for a Personal interview, the candidates are required to attend the same before the concerned consulate at their own cost.
  • If any Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever, they shall immediately send an email to Fortune Destination Management India Pvt Ltd from their registered email ID.
  • Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as a ‘Cancellation Request’.
  • No-shows or changes / cancellations due to bad weather / Cancellations due to missed rain or flight / cancellations due to natural calamity will be fully non-refundable.
  • Fortune Destination Management India Pvt Ltd is not liable to give any details or bifurcation of the cancellation charge.
  • Fortune Destination Management India Pvt Ltd cancels any tour, they will not be liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the Guest.
  • Rejection of visa will lead to deemed cancellation and the booking will stand to cancel without any intimation or confirmation from the Guest.
  • Visa rejection date will be considered as the date of cancellation and the cancellation charge will be applicable accordingly.
  • Guest can re-apply by paying additional visa charges, however granting of visa is at the discretion of the respective Consulates, and Fortune Destination Management India PvtLtd will not be responsible for the same.
  • If the visa is not granted even the second time, the cancellation charge will be based on the date of the rejection of the second visa.
  • If no intimation of visa (granted/rejected) is received from the respective Consulate/Embassy, then it is considered as deemed cancellation, and a cancellation charge will be applicable as stated hereinabove.
  • Visa copy is always sent to Guests by email by Fortune Destination Management Pvt Ltd whereas sometimes Consulates send passports directly to the Guest’s residence. In both cases, it is the responsibility of the Guest to check the visa sticker and verify that
    the personal details and visa validity are accurate. Due to a mistake, if the immigration office does not allow the Guest to leave or enter the country, then Fortune Destination Management India Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any refund/losses/consequences.
  • In certain cases where Air/Visa is processed more than 91 days in advance, on cancellation actual Air charge/visa fees are applicable in addition to the above cancellation charges.
  • If the customer doesn’t agree to pay TCS/GST/Balance payment, it will be treated as a cancellation under the policy of Fortune Destination Management India Pvt Ltd and no refund will be given.
  • Fortune Destination Management India Pvt Itd reserves the right to terminate the tour of any Guest while on the road if the Guest doesn’t follow the group tour decorum or misbehaves with co-passengers/Tour Manager/Coach Captain/ Local citizens or creates a nuisance etc.
  • Guest will have to make arrangements for their return travel on their own and no refund is applicable under such circumstances.
  • In such a case no refund or compensation is applicable.
  • If the Guest discontinues/terminates the tour for any personal reason, it is termed as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
  • Fortune Destination Management India Pvt Ltd team will assist the Guest in booking the required services, however, all expenses for the same will have to be paid by the Guest immediately in advance.
  • Certain cancellation cases can be eligible for insurance claim however settlement of the claim is at the sole discretion of the Insurance Company and Fortune Destination Management India Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the same.
  • In case of any incidence probe to an insurance claim, it is mandatory to inform the Insurance company within 24 hours of any such incident.
  • Fortune Tours facilitates the purchase of insurance on behalf of guests solely as a third-party intermediary. All claims arising from medical or any other reasons are to be pursued directly by the guest with the respective insurance company. The assessment and settlement of claims remain entirely at the sole discretion of the insurance company, and Fortune Tours has no authority or influence over their decisions.
  • Booking deposit amount will not be refunded at any circumstances.
  • As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check- in for each room. The
    amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it
    will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized
    at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. Fortune tours would not
    be responsible for these transactions and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.
  • The prices will not be valid for any black out date/ period which is informed during confirmation of the booking; if any change in the price, the same will be applicable for all bookings and to be borne by the customer.
  • Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated below. In case of noncompliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company and in case of the shortfall recover further monies as cancellation charges mentioned herein.
  • The travel insurance included in this trip is valid only for Indian residents. Foreign passport holders/residents are not covered and will
    need to purchase travel insurance independently in their country of residence or pay an additional fee to secure coverage through us,
    If available.
  • If the destination country offers a Visa on Arrival or if the passenger has obtained an e-Visa, it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure that their passport meets all travel requirements. This includes confirming that the passport has a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of entry and is in good, undamaged condition. Fortune Tours will not be held liable for any issues arising from a damaged, invalid, or expiring passport, including denial of entry, visa rejection, or delays in immigration processing. Additionally, for e-Visas, the passenger must ensure that all visa documents are in order and readily available for verification at immigration. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify that their passport and visa are ready for travel before departure.
  • Guests traveling abroad shall take care of not losing passport. Loss of passport on tour involves costs and consequences such as filing FIR, visiting Indian Embassy, getting new passport or landing certificate, expenses on the stay, food, transportation etc. all of which have to be borne and paid by the concerned guests only. Getting the landing certificate or the new passport is the sole responsibility of guests. Tour Leader is not responsible or liable or under obligation, for the loss of passport and consequences thereof.
  • Walking is part of the guided tour, and you will need to walk to the sights from the bus or coach parking areas during the tour.
  • Passengers must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Fortune Tours will not be responsible if a passenger is deemed unfit to travel, resulting in denied boarding by the airline or restrictions by immigration authorities. It is recommended that passengers consult a doctor before traveling, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions.
  • Fortune tours is not responsible for the acts by the airline such as overbooking of seats, failure to provide meal as required by the guest & quality of meal, loss of baggage, Allotment of seats for group booking etc.
  • Fortune Tours will not be responsible for denial of boarding by the airline or entry into the destination country due to invalid, expired, discolored, or damaged passports. In such cases, the package cost paid will be fully non-refundable as per the normal cancellation policy stated in the brochure. Fortune Tours is not liable for any consequences arising from insufficient documents, immigration issues, or any other reasons beyond our control.
  • Payment through cheque is not accepted within 15 days prior to departure date
  • Any form of aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior towards the tour guide or tour staff will not be tolerated and will be dealt with in accordance with the law of the respective country. The tour guide holds the authority to execute the itinerary as per the scheduled program, and their instructions must be respected at all times.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • The reservation could be made through email or phone clearly stating the services required: we undertake the process of these reservations and duly confirm the arrangements.
  • While making payment of the first instalment for booking it is inferred by Fortune Tours that the customer has gone through and accepted the booking terms & conditions pertaining to the referred travel with us.
  • The booking person or the customer initiating payment is accepting the terms & conditions on behalf of all the co-travellers in his/her booking in this way for a family or friend booking
